Coconut Custard Pie (amish Cooking)

INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs, beaten
1 c Molasses, dark or white
1 c Milk
1 t Vanilla
1/2 c Sugar
1 T Flour
2 T Melted butter
1 c Coconut

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together all the ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake the pie at 450 oF for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350 oF and
