Date: Sun, 21 Apr 1996 23:55:11 -0400 From: Walt Gray <waltgray@mnsinc.com> Place wax paper on cookie sheets. Beat the first 3 ingredients with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Beat in the vanilla and sugar until stiff. Fold in the coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool before removing from cookie sheets.
