Coconut Macaroons

INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Unbleached flour
2 1/2 c Shredded coconut
1/8 ts Salt
2/3 c Sweetened condensed milk
1 ts Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, coconut and salt. Add
sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Stir well to make a thick
batter. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheets,
allowing an inch between cookies. Bake for about 20 minutes or until
golden brown. Remove from pan at once; let cool on wire racks. Yields
about 2 dozen.
