INSTRUCTIONS
STREUSEL TOPPING PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Do not over mix. Pour batter into a 9-by-9-inch lightly greased cake pan, and cover with streusel topping (RECIPE Follows). Bake about 20 minutes.
