INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Espresso coffee; chilled
1 tb Drambuie; optional
2 Scoops nonfat vanilla ice cream
1/2 c Skim milk; to taste
Sugar; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the coffee in a blender with the Drambuie. Add the ice cream and half
the milk, then blend. Add sugar and more milk, to taste.
