1/2 | c | Margarine, melted |

3 | t | Cinnamon |
INSTRUCTIONS
1997 Trim crust from bread & roll each slice flat w/a rolling pin. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk & lemon juice together, set aside. Mix sugar & cinnamon together. Spread each slice of flattened bread w/cream cheese mixture (not too thick) & roll up. Dip in melted margarine & roll in cinnamon sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
