INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Box butter yellow or golden cake mix | |
| 1 | Box instant vanilla pudding mix; 4 serving size | |
| 1 | c | Coconut flakes |
| 1 | c | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | c | Vegetable oil |
| 10 | oz | Cola |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| Cream cheese frosting |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix, pudding mix, coconut, nuts, oil, cola, and eggs and mix well. Pour batter into a well-greased, 10" bundt pan and bake 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cake from pan and let cool completely on rack. When cool, frost cake with Cream Cheese Icing. Cream Cheese Icing 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese (can use light) 1 16 oz carton powdered sugar In small bowl of electric mixer, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Use as directed.
