INGREDIENTS

1 lb Can dark sweet pitted cherries
2 3 oz. packages cherry gelatin
1 12 oz can cold Coca-cola
2 tb Lemon juice
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple drained
3/4 c Chopped pecans
1 3 oz. package chilled cream cheese, diced
Lettuce leaves
Mayonnaise
Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain cherries, reserving juice.  Halve cherries and set aside. Add
enough water to juice to make one cup liquid. Bring to a boil and
dissolve gelatin in it. Cool. Add Coca-Cola and lemon juice. Chill
mixture until almost set. Add cherries, pineapple, pecans, and diced
chilled cream cheese to gelatin; mix gently. Pour into a one-and-one
half quart mold. Chill until set. Serve on a bed of lettuce with
mayonnaise or sour cream or a combination of both. Yield: 8  Prep
Time: 30 minutes Chilling Time: 6 hours. Typed in MMFormat by
