INSTRUCTIONS
1. Peel the cucumbers
2. Chop onion
3. Process or put through the blender2 cucumbers, onion, mint, yogurt,
garlic,salt, pepper and olive oil.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and add cream and 2 diced cucumbers.
5. Chill
6 Serve in individual bowls decorated with mint leaves
