INSTRUCTIONS
Broil sirloin 9 minutes on each side. Slice paper-thin with electric knife.
Put beef in bowl, top with onion rings & add salt, pepper & lemon juice.
Stir in 1 cup sour cream. Chill overnight. Fix platter of lettuce & heap
beef in middle. Garnish with lemon wedges & serve cold with toothpicks.
