INGREDIENTS
| 2 | c | Shredded or chopped cabbage (I used green) |
| 1 | Carrot, shredded | |
| 2 | tb | Nonfat or lowfat mayo |
| 1 | ts | (heaping) honey mustard OR- |
| 1 | ts | Dijon -and- |
| 1 | ts | Honey, mixed |
| 2 | ts | Cider vinegar |
| 1/2 | ts | Sesame seeds |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cabbage and carrots in a bowl, and set aside. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl - stir well - add to cabbage and carrot. I would have used a half tsp of celery seed if I had it, but I didn't. Feel free to experiment. I might also try it with a shredded tart apple added.
