INGREDIENTS

1 lg Head of cabbage : shredded
2 lg Carrots – for the colour – : very thin sliced
1 dl Cider vinegar
1 dl Tarragon vinegar
3 dl Light cream
1 Tbsp.dill chopped
2 Cloves of garlic chopped; (up to 3)
100 g Walnuts chopped
2 ts Dill'seeds
1 pn (or 2) of salt
1 pn (or 2) of sugar – if you like

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
Mix all the ingredients together. Chill for 2 hours or more. This cole slaw
is delicious with smoked salmon.
