INGREDIENTS

1/4 Head; (small) red Cabbage, Chopped or Shredded
1/2 Head green cabbage; Chopped or Shredded
Paul Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing; (just enough to wet the cabbage)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix well. Adjust the amounts of red and green cabbage for the amount
of slaw you want and then just add enough dressing to wet it. Enjoy!
Only 3 gm Carbs per two tbsp for the dressing.
The balsamic vinagar adds a really different flavor - try it, you'll
like it!
