INGREDIENTS

2 c Shredded cabbage
1 sm Red onion; quartered
Lengthwise; and thinly sliced
1/2 ts Caraway seeds
5 1/2 ts Granulated sugar
5 ts White wine vinegar
4 ts Vegetable oil
Salt
Ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In bowl, combine cabbage, onion, caraway seeds, sugar, vinegar, oil
and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Yield: About 2 1/2 cups.
