INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 T Turmeric
1 1/2 T Coriander seeds
1 1/2 T Black mustard seeds
1 1/2 T Black peppercorns
1 1/2 T Cumin seeds
3 Garlic cloves
peeled and grated
2 Fresh habenero chilies OR
4 Red jalape&curren, o peppers
seeds and stems removed
minced

INSTRUCTIONS

Grind together the first 5 ingredients into a coarse powder. Add this
powder to the garlic, ginger, and chilies, mix well, and allow to sit
for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors.  A World of Curries by Dave
