Colonial Maple Nut Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 pk Pillsbury Plus White Cake
3 Eggs
1/3 c Oil
1 c Water
2 ts Maple extract
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 c Powdered sugar
2 tb Butter, softened
2 tb Milk (up to 3)
1/4 ts Maple extract

INSTRUCTIONS

CAKE
GLAZE
Heat oven to 350° Grease and flour 12C fluted tube or 10" tube pan. In
large bowl, blend cake ingredients except nuts, til moist. Beat 2min at
highest speed. Fold in nuts. Pour in pan. Bake for 40-50min or til
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 25min;
turn onto serving plate. Cool completely. Blend glaze ingredients in small
bowl til smooth. If needed, add a few more drops of milk for desired
consistency. Spoon over cooled cake. Garnish w/ chopped nuts, if desired.
