INGREDIENTS

2 qt Cucumbers — diced
2 lg Onions — diced
6 Red and green bell peppers
Seeded and chopped
3 c Vinegar
2 c Sugar
1 tb Mustard seed
1 tb Celery seed
1 ts Turmeric

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the cucmbers and onions, salt and let stand for 3 hours, then
drain. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until tender. Bottle in hot
sterilized jars. Seal at once.
