INGREDIENTS

2 qt Cucumbers, diced
2 Onions, diced
6 Red and green bell peppers
Seeded and chopped
3 c Vinegar
2 c Sugar
1 T Mustard seed
1 T Celery seed
1 t Turmeric

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the cucmbers and onions, salt and let stand for 3 hours, then
drain. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until tender. Bottle in
hot sterilized jars. Seal at once.  Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #144
