Come-and-get-it Sauce For Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

1 c Sour Cream
1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 T Lemon Juice
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Tobasco Pepper Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently.  DO NOT
ALLOW TO BOIL.  Spoon over the vegetables when serving or place them
in a casserole topping with the sauce and sprinkling with bread
crumbs. Place under the broiler until the crumbs are brown, 1 to 2
minutes. Ideal with cooked fresh asparagus, or broccoli, cabbage,
