INSTRUCTIONS
Salt & pepper chicken as desired. Lightly flour pieces & brown in cooking
oil in iron skillet. Remove chicken. Saute onion & bell pepper in remaining
oil. Add tomatoes, garlic & raisins. Simmer sauce for 10 minutes. Arrange
chicken in baking dish & pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for
45 minutes. Serve with rice. (Chicken breasts may be used, if desired.)
