INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly brown rice and onion in butter.
Combine rice mixture, raisins, mushrooms, consomm., peanuts, and celery;
mix well.
Pour into a 2 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until rice is done.
Yield: 8 - 10 servings.
