Name: Confederate Tartar Sauce
Ingredients: 1 Onion; finely chopped; 1/3 c Dill pickle relish; well-drained; 1/3 c Sweet pickle relish; well-drained; 3 tb Horseradish; 1 1/2 ts Prepared mustard; 1/2 Lemon; juice only; 3 c Real mayonnaise; 2 tb Ketchup

3	tb	Horseradish

2	tb	Ketchup

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine chopped onion, well-drained pickle relishes, horseradish, mustard &
lemon juice. Add mayonnaise & ketchup, mixing well.  Keep refrigerated.
