Ingredients: 1/3 c Chopped diamond walnuts; 1/3 c Sun-maid raisins; 1 Round brie cheese 8 to 12 oz; 2 tb Apple jelly; Assorted crackers

INGREDIENTS

1/3	c	Chopped diamond walnuts
1/3	c	Sun-maid raisins
1		Round brie cheese 8 to 12 oz
2	tb	Apple jelly
		Assorted crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Combine walnuts and raisins; mix well. Slice cheese
in half horizontally; place one half, cut side up, on microwave-safe plate.
Top with half of walnut mixture; press gently into cheese. Top with
remaining half of cheese, cut side down. Combine jelly and remaining walnut
mixture; mix well. Spoon over cheese. Microwave at MEDIUM-LOW (30%) for 2
minutes or until warm. Serve with crackers.
