INGREDIENTS
| 4 | oz | Low fat cream cheese; softened |
| 1/4 | c | Shredded carrots |
| 2 | tb | Diced red pepper |
| 2 | tb | Raisins |
| 2 | Pita pockets |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, red pepper and raisins. Cut each pita in half horizontally and spread with some of the cream cheese mixture. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
