INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet with a tight-fitting lid. Saute
rice and pepper until rice is golden brown. Stir in remaining ingredients
in order listed. Cover, turn heat to low and simmer for 35 to 45 minutes.
Rice should be dry and fluffy. Serve hot. Great side dish for roast beef.
