Contadina Traditional Spaghetti Sauce

INGREDIENTS

12 oz Dried spaghetti, cooked, drained, kept warm
1 lb Mild Italian sausage 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 3/4 c Contadina Pasta Ready Chunky Tomatoes with Olive Oil, Garlic & Spices, undrained
1 c Water or chicken broth
2/3 c Contadina Italian Paste with Tomato Pesto
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Crumble sausage into large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat. Stir to
break up sausage, 4 - 5 min. or til no longer pink. Add onion, cook for 2
to 3 minutes. Drain. Stir in tomatoes and juice, water, tomato paste and
parsley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 - 15 min. or til
flavors are blended. Serve sauce over pasta.
