INSTRUCTIONS
Choose some good quality cooking pears. Put them in a saucepan with
some sugar, orange rind and simmer until the pears are tender.
Once they're tender, reduce the sauce and then pour it gently over the
pears until cooked. Serve with whatever you desire...but maybe some
fresh cream.
