INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
Sift flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon into bowl. Mix in veg. oil, 3 tbsp. water, and egg. Mix in 1/2 C. raisins, 1-1/2 C. oatmeal and 1 C. brown sugar.
