INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat first 3 ingredients until stiff. Gradually add sugar, beating. When
shiny peaks form, add vanilla. Fold in pecans and chocolate bits. Drop
bite-sized mounds onto cookie sheets.
Place trays in oven; turn off heat and leave until morning. DO NOT PEEK!
These bake on retained heat.
Makes 60 or so cookies. Store in tightly covered container.
