Subject: New Orleans Hot Luck Recipes, part II
These are courtesy of Patty Lowery, who notes that some of them were pulled
off the list, some from the archives, and some from her fervent
imagination.
BTW, the White Pasta from Hell was a BIG HIT.
In large bowl toss until evenly coated. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Var:
Marinate & grill boneless, skinless chicken breasts then cut in small
cubes, instead of canned chicken; use 2 cucumbers, medium chunked; use Roma
tomatoes, medium dice; substitute fresh cilantro instead of parsley; add
no-fat shredded mozzeralla or other cheese; add as many chile peppers of
whatever variety you choose.
