INSTRUCTIONS
Let cucumber tossed with salt stand in a sieve for 15 minutes to drain
liquid. Stir together ingredients. Pour on tomatoes or add 1/4 cup
mayonnaise and toss with chilled cooked potato cubes and sliced onion.
Serves 8.
