| Pearl onions and fresh sliced mushrooms |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saut. chicken, but do not brown. Add red wine to cover; add shallots, black pepper, thyme and bay leaves. Cover pan and bake in oven for 15 minutes. Remove chicken (keep warm). Reduce liquid.
