Corkscrew Bacon

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Twist the bacon slices into spirals, arrange them in rows on the rack
of a broiler pan Thread skewers through the ends of the bacon strips
so that the spirals will not untwist while cooking. Bake in a
preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until crisp.
Yield: 2 servings
