INSTRUCTIONS
Brown beef and garlic; add chili powder, basil, salt and tomatoes. Simmer
for 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole.
Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
