INGREDIENTS

3 1/2 T Butter, 55 g.
650 g Cooked and diced chicken
optional
1 1/4 c Corn, cooked 250 g.
200 g Mushrooms
2 Corn soup mix, prepare the
sauce
with 2 cups 480
ml. milk
Salt and black pepper to
taste
4 Pattie shells
vol-au-vents

INSTRUCTIONS

HEAT two tbsp. butter and saute the chicken well. Add the cooked corn
and saute for two more minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute for a
minute. Add the sauce, salt, pepper and the remaining butter. Keep
stirring for about five minutes or till thick.  To serve, put a little
hot corn-mushroom mixture in the pattie shells  and serve hot.
