INGREDIENTS

| 1/2 | c | Chopped jalapeno peppers |

| 1 | c | Bread crumbs |
| 1 | md | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | md | Bell pepper; chopped |
| 1 | pk | Cheddar cheese; (optional) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1. Starting at the top, combine all ingredients (mixing well after each addition) except Cheddar cheese. 2. Season to taste. 3. Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
