INGREDIENTS

2 Corn on the cobs
425 g Can of tomatoes, juice only
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic, peeled & chopped
1 t Coriander seed
1 t Cumin seed
1/2 t Grated fresh ginger root
2 Green chillies, deseeded
and chopped
1 1 inch piece cinnamon stick
1 Clove

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTES: 1 medium corn-cob will serve 3 as a side dish or 1 as main
course.  CONVERSIONS: 425 g = 15 oz  ABBREVIATIONS:  sm = small cl =
clove ts = teaspoon  If you only have a hand blender or no blender at
all, grind the  coriander, cumin, cinnamon and clove in a coffee
