INGREDIENTS

6 Corn ears; husked, and
; cleaned of silk
6 tb Unsalted butter
1 ts Cayenne pepper; or to taste
Juice of 2 limes -; (abt 2 tbsps)
1 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add the corn and cook
just 4 minutes, no longer. Meanwhile, melt the butter with the
cayenne. Add the lime juice and salt. Drain the corn, brush
generously with the flavored butter and serve immediately. This
recipe yields 6 servings.
