INGREDIENTS

3 tb Butter
3 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
1/2 c Light cream or half & half
3/4 c Milk
1 12 Ounces Wh corn
3 Eggs; beaten

INSTRUCTIONS

Lightly grease 1 quart casserole. Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from
heat, stir in flour, salt, and sugar. Cook until smooth and thick. Stir in
corn, then eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
