INSTRUCTIONS
1. Butter or spray with no stick cooking spray an 8 inch square pan.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Combine oil, egg and milk together in a large bowl. Mix well.
4. Stir in dry ingredients until just blended. Pour into prepared pan and
bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve
warm.
