INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine
first 10 ingredients (cornmeal thru cilantro). In a separate bowl,
whisk together liquids and slowly stir in dry ingredients until well
combined. Spray muffin pan or 8x8 baking pan with vegetable spray and
pour in batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
