INGREDIENTS

1 lb Corned beef or roast beef
very small diced
1 lb Potato, very small diced
1/2 t Fresh garlic, minced
1/4 t Kosher salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/4 c Onion, very small diced

INSTRUCTIONS

add meat & potato in pan with little oil on medium high heat, cook  3/4
of the way then add garlic, onion, salt, pepper. Continue cooking
