INGREDIENTS

5 Pieces of chicken or a large london broil:
1 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Oil
1 1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
5 ts Salt; (I usually reduce this to 3 tsp)
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

mix all ingredients, marinate meat for at least an hour, up to 24 hours.
