3 Rock Cornish Hens, about 1
1/2 lb Ea
2 T Butter, melted
GLAZED ORANGES
1/2 c Orange juice
1 T Honey
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Dry mustard
1/8 t Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Place hens, breast sides up, on rack in shallow roasting pan; brush
with butter. Roast uncovered in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Prepare
Glazed Oranges. Mix remaining ingredients; brush half of the orange
juice mixture over hens. Roast, uncovered, brushing with remaining
