INSTRUCTIONS
Place hens, breast sides up, on rack in shallow roasting pan; brush with butter. Roast uncovered in 350 oven for 30 minutes. Prepare Glazed Oranges. Mix remaining ingredients; brush half of the orange juice mixture over hens. Roast, uncovered, brushing with remaining mixture, until hens are done, about 45 minutes.
