INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
2 c Yoghurt
1 T Honey
1 T Oil
1 t Baking powder
1/2 c Wholemeal flour
1 c Fine cornmeal
1 c Coarse cornmeal

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375øF, prepare pans. Put the first four ingredients
into a bowl and mix well. Add the remaining premixed ingredients &
blend until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins.
