INGREDIENTS
| 1/4 | c | Milk |
| 1/4 | c | Oil |
| 1 | c | Yoghurt |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | c | Chopped cooked ham |
| 2 1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
| 3 | ts | Dry mustard |
| 1/2 | c | Coarse cornmeal |
| 1 | c | Flour |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F, prepare pans. Put the first five ingredients into a bowl & mix well. Mix remaining ingredients, add to wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins.
