INSTRUCTIONS
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add egg YOLKS, milk and shortening. Fold
in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in waffle iron until done.
This used to be our Saturday evening dinner and now that my folks have
retired they make it for other retiree's in their complex. NOTE - It
freezes well.
