INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ground beef
1/2 lb Diced chicken breast
1 md Spanish onion — chopped
1 (15 1/2 oz) can dark — red
Kidney beans
1/2 c Canned garbanzo beans
1 (15 1/2 oz) can — chili hot
Beans
1 1/2 qt Tomato sauce
1/4 c Jalapeno peppers — chopped
1/4 c Banana peppers — chopped
4 oz Chili powder
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Diced fresh cilantro
1/2 lb Monterey jack cheese —
Grated
1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese —
Grated
1/2 Bottle Corona beer

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown the meats, add the onion and cook until tender. Add the rest of the
ingredients.  Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
