INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the vodka, Cointreau, lime
juice, cranberry juice, lime cordial and a dash of orange bitters.
Shake. Strain into a cocktail glass.
With the sliver of orange rind, twist at either end to release the
oil from the orange and light the oil as it sprays out into the glass.
