INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese and gelatin; mix well. Stir in
oranges, and pineapple. Just before serving, fold in the whipped
topping.
Per 3/4 cup serving = 120 calories, 4 gm fat, 2 mg cholesterol, 124 mg
sodium, 16 gm carbohydrate, 5 gm protein Exchanges: 1 lean meat, 1
fruit.
